Our team at Collaborative Solutions in Psychiatry is committed to keeping you safe. We’ve implemented additional precautions for both our patients and staff to help do our part to slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community.
We feel passionately that COVID-19 should not interrupt our patients ability to receive TMS treatment, and continue to enhance our safety measures as needed.
We continue to welcome guests to come and support our patients during treatment, and just ask that they follow clinic guidelines as well.
We have implemented additional cleaning and sanitization practices to our center. Some of the extra steps we are taking include:
We require our staff and patients to wear face masks when in clinic.
*We have face masks readily available for your convenience.
Upon arrival all patients will go through a COVID-19 Screening with a member of our staff. It is important to let your care team know right away if you or someone you know may have been exposed to COVID-19.
Our staff have been trained on what symptoms and signs to watch for — and are required to self-monitor for any Covid-19 symptoms. We also ask that all members of our staff check their temperatures prior to coming to the clinic.
Our staff has had access to the COVID-19 vaccine, with over 90% of our staff being fully vaccinated.
While most of our patients who are being seen for medication management are utilizing Telehealth — we’ve adapted our waiting room and patient rooms to adhere to social distancing guidelines for our TMS patients, and all others who are currently being seen in clinic.
