It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to verify the following:

Before starting TMS, we will submit a request to your insurance provider to obtain prior authorization for treatment. This step confirms that TMS is a covered benefit under your plan. However, it’s important to understand that insurance coverage does not mean the service will be fully paid for.

As a benefit to our patients, we will investigate your health insurance benefits and provide an estimation of your financial responsibility for TMS services. Even with insurance coverage, many plans still require a portion of coinsurance or copayment  made by the patient for services. Please note that our findings are not always exact. We encourage every patient to call their insurance carrier and confirm out of pocket expenses.

Even if insurance coverage isn’t available—or if your plan denies TMS therapy—this treatment is still within reach. Our private pay option offers fixed, transparent pricing, giving you peace of mind from the very beginning. Get in touch to learn more.

We accept Advanced Care Card to offer flexible financing options for patients who may need help managing the cost of TMS therapy. This allows eligible individuals to apply for interest-free or low-interest monthly payment plans, making treatment more accessible and affordable. To learn more or apply, visit advancecarecard.com

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
